In a stern warning, the victim's family urged the parents of these boys to turn them over to the Gladstone Police Department before they face the wrath of the victim's older brothers and friends.
The victim's family clarified that their warning was not a threat, but rather a forewarning for the boys' own safety, as they believe that justice will be served swiftly and harshly once the perpetrators are identified.
