Gladstone Residents Left Frustrated by Post Office Closure in the Middle of the Day

Gladstone has been left reeling after our post office on 72nd and Broadway unexpectedly closed its doors in the middle of the day. According to eyewitnesses, the post office shut down at 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday this week with personnel telling patrons they were headed out to lunch. When customers returned at 4:05 p.m., they found the doors still locked and no explanation for the prolonged closure. The location was also closed for most of Wednesday as well.
