GLADSTONE, Mo. — The Gladstone Elks Lodge will host a Shop with a Cop Benefit Breakfast on Saturday, October 25, from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. at 7010 North Cherry Street, located across from Oakhill Day School. The event aims to raise funds for the Gladstone Police Department’s annual Shop with a Cop program, which provides holiday shopping opportunities for children in need.
Guests attending the breakfast will enjoy an all-you-can-eat menu that includes scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, hash browns, pancakes, milk, juice, and coffee. Tickets will be available at the door for $10 for adults and $5 for children.
In addition to breakfast, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle featuring several prizes, with all proceeds going directly to support the Shop with a Cop initiative.
The program pairs local law enforcement officers with children from the community, offering them the chance to purchase gifts for themselves and their families during the holiday season. The effort is designed to foster positive relationships between police officers and the youth they serve, while ensuring that every participating child experiences a brighter holiday.
The Gladstone Elks Lodge, a long-standing civic organization known for its charitable activities and community engagement, is sponsoring the event.
