Gladstone theater season returns! Gladstone Theatre in the Park will stage two productions this summer: The Addams Family June 26–28 and Bye Bye Birdie Aug. 7–9.
Auditions are set for March 1 and March 7 at Antioch Middle School, 2100 E. 65th St. Performers should park in the east lot and enter through the east doors near the gymnasiums. Auditions are open to ages 10 and older.
Audition times (as of May 26, 2026) are: noon–1 p.m. ages 10–12; 1–2 p.m. ages 13–15; 2–3:30 p.m. ages 16–17; and 3:30 p.m. and older for ages 18 and up. Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in.
All auditioners will learn the same short vocal and dance combination, regardless of show preference. Adults 18 and older may also read a dramatic selection. No prepared material is required.
Callbacks will be held March 8 at the Gladstone Community Center, 6901 N. Holmes St., by invitation only.
