La Cubana Restaurant & Bar is opening its second location where the old tortilla flats was at 5716 NE Antioch Rd in Gladstone on May 19 at 12 p.m., and this lil happy rock couldn’t be more excited. The beloved family-owned Cuban spot, built on flavor, tradition, and love, is bringing new recipes and tastes to a new corner of town. We will be hoping the first bite to the last “bienvenidos,” will feel at home.
