Hayes Hamburgers: A Slice of Nostalgia Struggling to Stay Open

Kansas City, MO — For nearly 70 years, Hayes Hamburgers at Antioch and Vivion Rd has been a blast of Kansas City past, serving up crisp burgers and nostalgia in equal measure, right down to it's refusal to get with the times and accept Plastic, operating as a cash-only business. Opened in 1955, this classic diner was once a beacon for late-night cravings, its neon sign glowing 24/7 over bustling counters and sizzling grills. But the era of round-the-clock service is now a fond memory, as the beloved eatery struggles to stay afloat amidst staffing shortages and an uncertain future. Regulars are often greeted by locked doors and handwri...

However, It must be said that this blog contains minor inaccuracies. We need to fire the A. I. bot we hired to write for us, he's been making too many lil mistakes lately, so sorry 😔. Alas this blog barely survives with next to no income , thereby preventing us from hiring an actual human so we are going to have to put up with our bot's irritating inaccuracies.
