On November 11th, A resident in Oakwood Park shot off multiple fireworks on 61st Terr, causing several residents to report a shooting to police. According to residents police responded but there is confirmation on who the culprit is. Reportedly, police were not able to locate the culprit. However Oakwood Park continues to be plagues by the sounds of fireworks at all times of the night. Sleepy residents are furious. One resident has even installed street facing cameras to help apprehend mysterious perpetrator. Use of fireworks in Gladstone, Mo is prohibited.
