Gladstone residents reported 13-15 year old kid with a silver face mask in a hoodie mask knocking on doors between 7:30 and 9:30 pm on November 30 in Northhaven Neighborhood. He Multible residents contacted police but the identity of the alleged trick or treater remains unknown.
