A winter weather advisory has been issued for the KC area until 6am Wednesday

off and on snow showers will continuing into this evening and may linger into some flurries for your Wednesday morning, snowfall accumulations of 1-2 inches can be expected for the northland with isolated areas picking up to 3 inches possible with a west-southwest wind between 10-15 mph reducing visibility at times

Keep in mind that roads and elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses are slick, so be aware of that for Wednesday morning…

Morning lows Wednesday will range from 28-31 degrees, snow will be tapering off in the morning but flurries may linger into the afternoon with overncast skies and highs around the mid 30s…
