GLADSTONE, MO — May 4, 2025 Multiple residents in the Oaks and surrounding Gladstone neighborhoods are on alert after several sightings of a suspicious young man, reportedly seen running through yards and hiding in bushes during morning school bus times on Friday May 2. A new commercial development is being proposed, to be located on the Northeast corner of North Oak Rd and Shoal Creek Parkway, near Staley Hills subdivision, with plans to construct a large shopping center complex.
