A long but very interesting read. I think the advantages of bringing back the fare outweigh otherwise. For one, I believe some safety concerns can be eliminated and two, 12 million back into the coffers can increase driver pay and benefits and solidify a few issues that resources can erase. Also, that money can certainly also be used to improve new forms of public transportation such as IRIS and the street cars.
