The kitchen operates 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday , and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays , offering breakfast and lunch options that go beyond roller grills and heat lamps. One standout item is the cheeseburger — made with fresh butcher shop beef and topped with house-made bacon jam.
